What we do, and what we don't.

  • We crawl politely — single-threaded per host, robots.txt honored, identifiable UA. Full disclosure at /bots.
  • We don't sell your client data. Audits are visible to your account only unless your client explicitly opts a report to public.
  • We don't email your clients. All communications go to the agency account. If you want clients to see their own scores, give them dashboard access — that's your call.
  • We disclose every spec change. See /spec-status for live pinned versions.

FAQ

Common questions from agency leads.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard, billing stops at the end of the cycle. Your data export is available for 30 days after cancellation.
Do you offer white-label without the powered-by line?
White-label PDF output is coming soon. The shareable score badge is co-branded by default because that line is what makes the badge a backlink for both sides.
What happens if a client's score tanks?
You get an alert. You decide whether to surface that to the client. The score isn't visible to anyone except you unless you share it.
Can multiple people from my agency log in?
Coming soon. Tell us your team size and we'll include this in your rollout plan.
Can I get a free trial?
The audit tier is always free, and you can run all your client stores on the free tier before paying — you just won't get the multi-client dashboard, alerts, or white-label PDFs. If you want the full agency feature set with no card, email us — we run free 14-day pilots for agencies with verifiable client lists.
Do you support Shopify Plus, BigCommerce Enterprise, WooCommerce on WP Engine?
Yes to all. We auto-detect the platform tier and adjust crawl strategy. Enterprise stores often have stricter robots.txt and we honor it.
